How to use Case Converter
Change capitalization while keeping your text’s punctuation and line breaks. Choose a mode for headings, labels, or a quick cleanup of all-caps text.
- Paste the text to convert.
- Choose uppercase, lowercase, title case, or sentence case.
- Run the conversion and copy the result.
Good to know
- Title case capitalizes each word; it does not apply an editorial style guide or preserve acronyms.
- Sentence case is a heuristic: it capitalizes the beginning and letters after . ! or ? followed by whitespace. Proper nouns and abbreviations need review.
- Unicode default casing is used; language-specific casing such as Turkish may require manual adjustment.
Common questions
Will it preserve names and acronyms?
Uppercase and lowercase convert every cased letter. Title and sentence modes first lowercase the text, so review proper names and acronyms afterward.
Does it remove formatting or punctuation?
It changes letter case only. Spaces, punctuation, and line breaks remain in place.
