How to use Brand Asset Handoff Auditor

A logo handoff should contain the formats and variants the buyer agreed to receive. Compare those requirements with the delivered manifest and keep visual inspection separate from filename checks.

  1. List every agreed variant and required file format.
  2. Enter the actual delivered relative filename and human approval state.
  3. Resolve held or missing pairs and visually inspect the real files before accepting delivery.

Good to know

  • Formats are png, svg, pdf, eps, jpg, jpeg and webp. Formats/extensions are compared case-insensitively; variant names are exact. A relative filename cannot use traversal or a drive path. This reads no image files.
  • Each field is limited to8,000 characters and each CSV to100 data records. Use the exact displayed header; quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted newlines are supported. IDs and short task descriptions are limited to 200 characters. Numbers use nonnegative ordinary decimal notation with at most 9 fractional places, magnitude at most 999,999,999; no scientific notation. Whole-count limits can be stricter. Results above 1 quadrillion or nonzero below 0.000000000001 are refused.
  • Independent deterministic ToolJovia workflow. It does not call an AI model, contact a vendor, fetch sources, send messages, save input or execute code. Editable outputs and downloads contain your data; review before sharing. A prepared plan does not verify customers, revenue or a vendor’s internal workflow.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Does a filename ending in SVG prove it is a valid vector logo?

No. This checks a declared manifest, not file bytes or visual content. Open and validate the actual SVG separately.

Why do case-only filename differences cause a hold?

They can collide when a handoff moves onto a case-insensitive file system. The report makes that risk visible.
