How to use Binary Hex Viewer
Inspect non-text bytes without decoding the whole file or opening a native file handler. Offsets refer to bytes in the original file.
- Enter local file, starting byte offset, bytes to display.
- Choose the settings for binary hex viewer, then run the tool.
- Review the result and any limitations before copying or downloading it.
Good to know
- 25 MiB selectable file and at most 64 KiB per displayed slice.
- The ASCII column is a byte view, not encoding detection or content interpretation.
- Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.
