How to use Binary File Split and Join
Create actual byte-preserving part files in one uncompressed ZIP download. Joining reads the selected parts in their displayed selection order and does not extract arbitrary archives.
- Enter local file, ordered parts for joining, split part size in kib.
- Choose the settings for binary file split and join, then run the tool.
- Review the result and any limitations before copying or downloading it.
Good to know
- 20 MiB total, at most 50 parts. Split output is an uncompressed ZIP; this tool never imports or extracts arbitrary ZIP uploads.
- Join concatenates selected files in selection order and does not verify a manifest. Missing/reordered parts can produce wrong output; preserve originals.
- Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.
Common questions
Does the join operation inspect files inside a ZIP?
No. Select the already extracted part files in order; arbitrary archives are never decompressed.
Is this input sent to a server?
No. The application processes this input inside your browser tab and does not save it to persistent storage.
