How to use Weekly Class Timetable Builder

Turn an existing list of weekly lessons into a useful chart with a complete source table. The tool checks the supplied minutes and resource names instead of guessing a new schedule. Every reported clash identifies both original records, the shared room or cohort and the actual overlapping duration, so you can resolve the source deliberately.

1. Enter Monday=1 through Sunday=7 and same-day canonical HH:mm time intervals.
2. Review exact resource clashes; blank room or cohort values remain untracked.
3. Download the weekly chart and complete source table, then check print preview before sharing.

Good to know

• At most 30,000 CSV characters and 50 data records with exactly day,start,end,title,cohort,room headers. Title at most 80 characters; cohort and room at most 40 each. Downloaded document text refuses control characters other than tabs and line endings. Day uses canonical integer digits 1–7.
• Times use 00:00–23:59, with 24:00 allowed only as an end. Intervals must be positive and stay within one declared weekday. They are half-open: an event ending at 10:00 does not clash with one starting at 10:00.
• Only exact nonempty room/cohort equality creates a tracked resource conflict. No name normalization, teacher assignment, travel buffer, holiday, date, time zone, daylight-saving or RRULE model is included. Zero reported clashes does not prove untracked resources are available.
• The chart supports at most six simultaneous events per weekday, regardless of resource names. Very short events may have clipped chart labels; the full original details always follow in a source table. This checks an authored schedule rather than finding an optimal one.
• Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.
