How to use Printable Calendar Workbench

Make a usable local calendar from explicit year and month settings. Date cells follow Gregorian leap rules and the chosen weekday order, while authored notes stay attached to their exact source dates. Cell snippets remain short enough to review visually, and the separate appendix preserves every complete note instead of silently discarding longer text.

1. Choose a starting Gregorian year/month and one to twelve consecutive months.
2. Choose Monday/Sunday and a paper profile, then optionally add exact in-range date,note records.
3. Download the month pages and complete note appendix; inspect the actual print preview before printing.

Good to know

• Years 0001–9999 and one to twelve months, with the complete range ending by December 9999. Numeric controls use exact bounded integer values before Number conversion. A proleptic Gregorian model applies throughout; historical calendar transitions, time zones and holiday databases are not supplied.
• Notes use exactly date,note CSV headers, at most 30,000 source characters, 200 records and two notes per date. Dates require exact valid YYYY-MM-DD source and must lie in the requested range. A note is nonblank and at most 100 well-formed characters.
• Each month shows only its own dates in four to six rows; outside-month cells are blank. Cell notes show at most 20 Unicode scalar characters plus an ellipsis, with stable source-record numbers. Complete text appears in the JSON and a separate note appendix.
• A4/Letter portrait source uses 10 mm margins and nominal 34 mm day-cell height. Long titles, fonts, browser settings and printer scaling still need real print-preview review. Document text refuses controls other than tabs and line endings. This does not assign duties, expand recurrence, schedule appointments or certify paper measurements.
• Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.
