How to use Voiceover Script Batch Planner

Before quoting a voiceover batch, measure the actual source scripts and separate speaking-time estimates, hypothetical billed units and the human review you still need. This does not create audio.

  1. Paste only scripts you are authorized to process and give each a stable ID.
  2. Use a measured speaking pace and your independently checked credit conversion and rate.
  3. Record a sample, review pronunciation/rights and compare actual billing before sending a quote.

Good to know

  • Characters are Unicode code points, not graphemes or a provider billing definition. English Intl word segmentation is only an explicit timing convention; pauses, pronunciation and language change actual duration.
  • Credits are rounded up separately for each script after the rerecord reserve. The reserve does not simulate provider behavior or guarantee accepted audio.
  • Inputs are limited to 8,000 characters per field and 100 CSV data rows with exact displayed headers. Quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted line endings are supported. Empty/duplicate identities and unsupported numeric values are refused; per-tool output bounds also apply.
  • Deterministic browser-local work only. No AI model, upload, account connection, outreach, payment, saved input or automatic publication. Exports keep user-entered facts unverified; inspect edited drafts before sharing.

Research behind this workbench

Common questions

Are the credit conversion and price current provider rates?

No. They are your manually checked inputs. The example is hypothetical, and the tool does not contact a provider or infer plan entitlements.

Will this clone a voice or generate a recording?

No. It produces a local planning artifact. Source permissions, voice consent, actual audio production and acceptance need separate review.
