How to use AI Service Pricing Calculator

A service quote can look profitable until editing, review and customer support consume the available hours. Model one delivery unit, the month you can actually deliver, and three price scenarios.

  1. Enter one realistically scoped client delivery, including human review time.
  2. Enter fees, overhead and available monthly delivery hours in the same currency.
  3. Compare contribution, capacity and the three price scenarios before offering a pilot.

Good to know

  • Estimates use floating-point arithmetic, rounded for display. Inputs must be finite nonnegative decimals at most 1 billion (whole counts at most 1 million); nonzero inputs below 0.000000001 and results outside the supported range are rejected.
  • Owner labor is a valued cost assumption. Fixed cash overhead must not include that labor a second time. The model does not forecast demand or calculate taxes.
  • Runs locally without AI model calls, network requests or saved input. Text is limited to 8,000 characters per field and lists to 100 nonempty lines. Downloads contain your text; review them before sharing.

Common questions

Why show surplus before and after owner labor?

An owner may retain cash by working unpaid. The second figure values that work at the rate you enter so it is visible when comparing alternatives.

Does break-even mean I can serve that many clients?

No. Compare the required client count with capacity. When contribution is zero or negative, additional clients do not recover fixed overhead.
