How to use Support Article Freshness Review

A current-looking knowledge base can still cite an old version or lack a defined review policy. Check the supplied version/date references before treating a support workflow as ready.

  1. Choose the actual as-of instant and list every reviewed article version with its entered review and expiry dates.
  2. Enter the neutral question-to-article references with each exact expected version.
  3. Review expired, missing, future-dated or unknown references and obtain a real content review before exporting the citation-freshness handoff.

Good to know

  • At the exact expires_at instant the version is expired. Missing dates and missing versions remain holds; a fresh version does not repair a citation to another version.
  • No article, answer, account or source is fetched. Date consistency is not evidence of answer accuracy, completeness or actual chatbot behavior.
  • Exact displayed CSV headers; at most100 data rows and8,000 UTF-16 characters per input. Plain decimals have at most9 fractional places; display rounds half-up to12 places. Unknown evidence stays unknown. CSV exports preserve summaries, settings, every calculated detail/finding, limitations and scoped input records; spreadsheet-like text is apostrophe-prefixed.
  • Browser-local supplied-record review. No AI, network requests, provider connection, file upload, stored input or automatic delivery. Use neutral identifiers instead of personal information or secrets.

Does a fresh article mean the bot answered correctly?

No. You still need actual source and answer review. This checks only entered version and date relationships.

Can the latest version replace an older cited one?

Not automatically. The expected version must be supplied explicitly, and the real citation must be corrected outside this tool.
