How to use Knowledge Source Coverage Auditor

Before loading a support knowledge base, inspect what your URL list actually covers. This source-only inventory check finds declared coverage gaps without crawling pages or pretending a chatbot has learned them.

  1. Choose one exact public origin and any allowed path boundary.
  2. Paste the actual candidate URL inventory and declare expected section paths.
  3. Remove invalid/foreign entries, inspect duplicates and fill gaps using reviewed sources.

Good to know

  • Only supplied strings and path prefixes are checked. No request verifies content, freshness, availability, ownership, ingestion or answer quality.
  • Fragments are ignored for duplicate detection; queries stay distinct. Exact origins include scheme and port, so subdomains and HTTP/HTTPS are not silently merged.
  • Each text field is limited to 8,000 characters and each CSV/list to 100 data rows. Numbers must be finite nonnegative decimals below 1 billion; whole counts and per-tool limits are stricter. Unsupported tiny/overflowing results are refused.
  • Local deterministic processing: no AI model calls, uploads, account connections, messages or saved input. Review any downloaded artifact before sharing.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Does a listed section mean its questions are answered?

No. A matching URL prefix is inventory evidence only. Inspect the actual content and test real questions separately.

Why are IP literals and local names refused?

This bounded inventory profile accepts named public HTTP(S) hosts only and never tries to resolve or fetch any address.
