How to use Recording Track Coverage

Before handing a recorded session to an editor, confirm that the supplied uploaded tracks cover the expected people and session interval. Inspect the exact gap intervals instead of trusting a track count.

  1. List the actual expected participant IDs and the required session duration in seconds.
  2. Enter each recorded track interval and its declared upload status using the displayed CSV headers.
  3. Use the per-participant gap intervals and track findings to recover missing uploads or request a real recording review; export the complete handoff.

Good to know

  • Only valid uploaded intervals count; touching intervals merge and overlaps are not counted twice. Gaps are calculated independently for every expected participant.
  • No audio is opened, synchronized, transcribed or judged audible. A complete entered interval is not proof of usable content.
  • Exact displayed CSV headers; at most100 data rows and8,000 UTF-16 characters per input. Plain decimals have at most9 fractional places; display rounds half-up to12 places. Unknown evidence stays unknown. CSV exports preserve summaries, settings, every calculated detail/finding, limitations and scoped input records; spreadsheet-like text is apostrophe-prefixed.
  • Browser-local supplied-record review. No AI, network requests, provider connection, file upload, stored input or automatic delivery. Use neutral identifiers instead of personal information or secrets.

Common questions

Why can two tracks still leave a gap?

Track count does not describe time coverage. The tool unions valid uploaded intervals and lists exactly which required seconds remain uncovered.

Does pending count as recorded coverage?

No. Pending and failed uploads remain findings and contribute no confirmed entered upload interval.
