How to use Enrichment Waterfall Replay Auditor

A provider waterfall should stop according to an explicit rule. Inspect a small exported attempt log locally before paying for redundant calls or treating missing billing as zero.

  1. List the actual provider order and decide whether an error permits fallback.
  2. Export a permitted or synthetic observed attempt log in its real per-record order.
  3. Inspect flags and costs against the real workflow and bill before changing any external automation.

Good to know

  • Statuses are match, miss and error. Observed costs are one nonnegative currency/unit system supplied by you; no quoted policy price is substituted for missing actual cost. This audits declared logs, not contact permission, data truth or legal compliance.
  • Each field is limited to8,000 characters and each CSV to100 data records. Use the exact displayed header; quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted newlines are supported. IDs and short task descriptions are limited to 200 characters. Numbers use nonnegative ordinary decimal notation with at most 9 fractional places, magnitude at most 999,999,999; no scientific notation. Whole-count limits can be stricter. Results above 1 quadrillion or nonzero below 0.000000000001 are refused.
  • Independent deterministic ToolJovia workflow. It does not call an AI model, contact a vendor, fetch sources, send messages, save input or execute code. Editable outputs and downloads contain your data; review before sharing. A prepared plan does not verify customers, revenue or a vendor’s internal workflow.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Does a match establish that the data is correct or contactable?

No. It is only the observed status you entered. Accuracy, purpose, consent and suppression handling require separate review.

Are redundant attempts removed from the cost subtotal?

No. If a charge actually occurred, a policy flag does not erase it. All known observed charges remain visible.
