How to use Chat Opt-Out Sequence Simulator

Turn a proposed messaging workflow into a traceable state review using neutral event IDs. The simulator highlights policy contradictions without contacting people or certifying legal or platform compliance.

  1. Enter the custom response-window length after reviewing the real customer and platform requirements independently.
  2. Provide neutral event/contact IDs with explicit-offset timestamps and optin, optout, inbound or outbound event types.
  3. Inspect each outbound decision and ambiguous timestamp group, fix the real workflow and export the simulation for an authorized review.

Good to know

  • An outbound requires an explicit entered optin and a preceding unambiguous inbound within the inclusive entered window. Inbound alone does not opt a contact in.
  • Simultaneous events are not silently ordered into permission. This does not verify consent, legal compliance, actual contact identity or live platform rules and never sends messages.
  • Exact displayed CSV headers; at most100 data rows and8,000 UTF-16 characters per input. Plain decimals have at most9 fractional places; display rounds half-up to12 places. Unknown evidence stays unknown. CSV exports preserve summaries, settings, every calculated detail/finding, limitations and scoped input records; spreadsheet-like text is apostrophe-prefixed.
  • Browser-local supplied-record review. No AI, network requests, provider connection, file upload, stored input or automatic delivery. Use neutral identifiers instead of personal information or secrets.

Common questions

Is a matching outbound legally compliant?

No. It only matches your entered policy and declarations. Actual consent, jurisdiction, platform rules and implementation require independent review.

Why hold same-time events?

An entered timestamp cannot establish which event happened first. The tool preserves the ambiguity rather than choosing a favorable sequence.
