How to use Brand Content Acceptance Matrix

A brand delivery needs visible acceptance criteria. Review required claim text, supplied evidence references and forbidden wording together instead of treating a terminology scan as factual or legal approval.

  1. Define the actual required text and its reviewed source reference before scanning.
  2. Paste the draft and any literal phrases the client prohibits.
  3. Inspect matches in context and obtain factual, brand and legal review where needed.

Good to know

  • Literal matches are not semantic support. A required phrase inside a negation still matches; URL syntax does not validate a source or claim.
  • Matches are nonoverlapping substrings with zero-based UTF-16 offsets. ASCII-ignore-case folds A–Z only; other Unicode letters remain exact. No model, rewrite or compliance certification is used.
  • Use the exact displayed CSV header. Quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted line endings are supported; malformed quoting or uneven rows are refused. CSV exports prefix text cells resembling spreadsheet formulas with an apostrophe.
  • Local deterministic processing: no AI model calls, uploads, account connections, messages or saved input. Review any downloaded artifact before sharing.

Common questions

How is this different from a glossary checker?

It combines positive required-claim presence, source-reference gaps and prohibited wording into a delivery acceptance matrix. It does not replace variants or infer claim meaning.

Can a complete matrix approve publication?

No. It only records the declared mechanical checks. A qualified reviewer must approve context, truth, permissions and applicable requirements.
