How to use AI Business Validation Planner

Separate what you have observed from what you hope is true. Build a small experiment around a specific buyer, the alternative they already use, and a measurable decision deadline.

  1. State one customer, one recurring problem and the existing workaround.
  2. Record evidence you actually have; leave unsupported claims blank.
  3. Set a budget, deadline and both success and stop thresholds, then run the pilot.

Good to know

  • The tool organizes the evidence you enter; it does not verify sources, infer market size or certify business demand.
  • Interview and payment fields describe observed events supplied by you. Targets in the plan are not completed results.
  • Runs locally without AI model calls, network requests or saved input. Text is limited to 8,000 characters per field and lists to 100 nonempty lines. Downloads contain your text; review them before sharing.
  • Estimates use floating-point arithmetic, rounded for display. Inputs must be finite nonnegative decimals at most 1 billion (whole counts at most 1 million); nonzero inputs below 0.000000001 and results outside the supported range are rejected.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Does completing the plan validate the business?

No. Validation depends on observed customer behavior and your predeclared decision thresholds. The output keeps unsupported assumptions visible.

Why is there no opportunity score?

A numerical score would imply knowledge the form does not have. The useful output is a falsifiable experiment and an honest evidence ledger.
