Start with a handoff record
- Open CLIENT_HANDOFF_CHECKLIST.en.md from the kit. Name the project owner, the intended environment and the decision you need.
- Use Workflow Branch Test Coverage to compare the expected paths you declare with the scenario records you supply. Keep mismatched, failed and unrun work visible.
- Use MVP Acceptance Traceability Builder to connect requirements to test records. Name the owner of each unresolved action.
- Review the open items with the authorized owner. Keep the decision and its supporting records with the handoff.
The two workbenches currently work separately. Transfer the relevant records yourself. They do not connect to accounts, run your automation, migrate credentials or verify the client's environment. A unified project file and account history are not included.
What to check before the decision
- Scope: the workflow, environment and exact version being reviewed.
- Ownership: who can authorize the handoff, operate the workflow and respond to failures.
- Access: where permissions and credentials are managed. Keep passwords, tokens and confidential records out of these worksheets and optional feedback.
- Paths: normal, exception and recovery branches with their declared expected outcomes.
- Records: actual execution references, dates and observed outcomes. Mark work that has not run.
- Deliverables: required filenames, formats, instructions and any manual work remaining.
- Decision: the responsible owner's acceptance, required changes or hold. A generated pass label cannot make that decision.
Worked example: matching records can still leave a handoff unfinished
The kit contains clearly labeled synthetic A/B records and actual saved worksheet exports. The initial set has one matching path, one path mismatch and one unrun branch. The second set supplies records matching all three of the same declared paths; it does not change those expected paths to make the result pass.
The owner's signoff is still unrun, and a filename requirement has no supporting record. Review both the branch table and the acceptance table: zero mandatory holds in one check does not establish a client's approval.
This example is a practice task, not a client project, a live automation execution or an approved release. Supply your own authorized records and obtain the owner's decision separately. Start with the kit's blank checklist when reviewing your own work.
Also reviewing the cost of delivery?
Keep testing and handoff labor in the estimate
Use the AI Service Pricing Calculator to enter your fee, delivery time, cash costs and capacity. In the hypothetical sample, a $150 monthly fee per client across four planned clients leaves $2 of modeled monthly surplus after overhead and valued owner labor. It is not observed profit or a recommended market price.
Use the Automation Exception Budget Calculator to estimate retries and unresolved manual work. The sample distinguishes $20 of cash cost from $40 including exception-handling labor. Do not count that labor twice in the pricing worksheet. Review acquisition, refunds, tax and extra work separately.
Take a usable record away
The free kit includes a blank client handoff checklist, editable Markdown and CSV worksheets, a hypothetical worked example and saved synthetic A/B exports. Review and edit the Markdown drafts in the workbenches, then copy or download them. Computed CSV tables retain their calculated rows; change the inputs and run the tool again to update a table.
For live execution debugging, use the automation platform's own execution tools. ToolJovia's record checks help organize the evidence you supply; they do not replace those tools or the authorized owner's review.
