How to use Workout Interval Itinerary Builder
Describe each block’s finite steps and repetitions. A movement step uses a distance or duration plus your own target seconds per kilometre; a pause has a duration and null pace. The itinerary expands every retained step without rounding accumulated time or distance.
- Use the example as the schema; replace its labels and entered model assumptions.

- Calculate, inspect the complete witnesses and limitations, then copy or download the JSON report.
Good to know
- At most 20 blocks, 20 steps per block, 1,000 repetitions per block and 1,000 expanded steps overall. Positive movement amount/pace at most 1,000,000; pause 0–604,800 seconds. Complete totals are capped at 604,800 seconds and 1,000,000 metres. This is an authored static plan, not fitness advice, a timer or device synchronization.
- Local calculation with no upload, input persistence or outside lookup. Model JSON is limited to 30,000 characters and 10,000 values. Decimal quantities are strings with up to six places; count fields use plain JSON integers. Exact fractions are capped at 8,192 bits. The complete JSON output is limited to 1,000,000 characters; approximate numbers preserve their stored values. Unsupported states fail explicitly.
Common questions
Does the plan choose a safe or effective target pace for me?
No. You supply every pace, duration, distance and recovery. The tool only resolves that authored structure into arithmetic checkpoints; it has no fitness, medical or route information.
Are my model inputs saved or sent to a server?
No. This model runs in the current browser tab and creates a local JSON download. It does not save your input or call an external data service.
