How to use Structured Data Redaction Preview

Create a reviewable data copy from a policy you supply. The tool does not infer sensitive fields; unselected data remains visible and the original input stays unchanged.

  1. Enter input, json pointer per line, literal replacement.
  2. Choose the settings for structured data redaction preview, then run the tool.
  3. Review the result and any limitations before copying or downloading it.

Good to know

  • 100,000 JSON characters,100 unique nonoverlapping pointers,40 nesting levels. Removal of several array elements uses original indices.
  • Literal replacements are strings. Missing paths fail the complete operation; no PII discovery, irreversible anonymization or preservation of original formatting is promised.
  • Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.

Will this find every sensitive field?

No. Only your exact pointers are changed. Review all remaining fields and the exported copy before sharing.

Is this input sent to a server?

No. The application processes this input inside your browser tab and does not save it to persistent storage.
