How to use Product Image Delivery Matrix

A product-image job can look complete while a SKU is missing its required view. Build a client-specific acceptance matrix before bundling files, then compare the declarations with the actual images.

  1. List the actual SKUs and the exact client-required view names.
  2. Paste declared delivered asset references and operator-reported approval status.
  3. Resolve missing/duplicate/unexpected entries, open the real files and confirm final client acceptance.

Good to know

  • At most 500 required product/view combinations. The matrix does not open files, measure dimensions or certify that a filename depicts the correct product.
  • A repeated asset reference remains a review finding even when reuse is intentional. An operator-reported approval is not independently verified acceptance.
  • Inputs are limited to 8,000 characters per field and 100 CSV data rows with exact displayed headers. Quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted line endings are supported. Empty/duplicate identities and unsupported numeric values are refused; per-tool output bounds also apply.
  • CSV text that resembles a spreadsheet formula is apostrophe-prefixed. This reduces formula execution risk without certifying every spreadsheet/import configuration.
  • Deterministic browser-local work only. No AI model, upload, account connection, outreach, payment, saved input or automatic publication. Exports keep user-entered facts unverified; inspect edited drafts before sharing.

Common questions

Does an asset name prove a view was delivered correctly?

No. It is a declared reference. Inspect the real file, fidelity, dimensions, rights and client acceptance separately.

Can unexpected SKU or view rows disappear silently?

No. They remain explicit unexpected records and hold the overall delivery gate.
