How to use Cutout Batch Acceptance Register

A background-removal batch needs more than a file count. Keep minimum dimensions, acceptable formats, declared transparency and human edge review visible in the final handoff.

  1. Inspect the actual files separately and enter the dimensions, format and review declarations.
  2. Set the real client minimum dimensions and exact accepted format labels.
  3. Resolve all holds and inspect edges on contrasting backgrounds before approving delivery.

Good to know

  • No pixels are decoded here. Width/height, alpha and approvals are operator-reported; yes does not establish actual transparency or clean product edges. A declared JPEG with alpha=yes is held as a contradictory declaration.
  • Allowed labels are case-normalized strings, not detected MIME types. Dimension counts must be positive whole pixels up to 100,000.
  • Inputs are limited to 8,000 characters per field and 100 CSV data rows with exact displayed headers. Quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted line endings are supported. Empty/duplicate identities and unsupported numeric values are refused; per-tool output bounds also apply.
  • CSV text that resembles a spreadsheet formula is apostrophe-prefixed. This reduces formula execution risk without certifying every spreadsheet/import configuration.
  • Deterministic browser-local work only. No AI model, upload, account connection, outreach, payment, saved input or automatic publication. Exports keep user-entered facts unverified; inspect edited drafts before sharing.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Does alpha=yes prove the file is transparent?

No. It records the operator declaration. Open and inspect the actual file; use Image Dimensions for separate measurement.

Will this remove an image background?

No. Use a separate image-processing workflow. This register audits delivery declarations and keeps unresolved items visible.
