How to use SSH Authorized Keys Options Inspector
Inspect authorized_keys options, supported public-key records and SHA256 fingerprints locally. A quote-aware scanner separates comma-containing command/from/environment values before examining RSA, Ed25519 or P-256 key wire data.
- Provide authorized_keys records.
- Choose the supported mode and run the tool. Review its assumptions and any reported errors.
- Copy the result or download a separate output; reset to clear the current form.
Good to know
- 200 lines,200KB,8192 characters per line,100 options per record. Key certificates/security-key formats and unquoted option values are unsupported.
- Options are reported literally, not executed or interpreted as effective sshd authorization policy.
- Inputs are processed on this device and are not automatically saved or uploaded.
Common questions
Can this tell whether a user can log in?
No. Server configuration, key trust, option semantics and filesystem policy are outside this offline inspection.
Does this change my original input?
No. The tool returns a separate result. Review that output before using it in another application.
