How to use Service Lead Intake Schema Builder

An inquiry is useful when it contains the information needed to scope the work. Prepare a minimal intake schema and routing handoff without hosting a form, collecting contacts or sending messages.

  1. Name services and select only necessary fields, with safe lower_snake_case keys.
  2. Write service-specific questions and name an owner and next action for each service.
  3. Review the exported schema with the actual form developer and configure privacy, formats and routing separately.

Good to know

  • Field types are text, number, boolean, email and date; required flags use yes/no. The reserved service field selects an explicit service ID. This does not create conditional form validation, consent language or a legal compliance guarantee.
  • Each field is limited to8,000 characters and each CSV to100 data records. Use the exact displayed header; quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted newlines are supported. IDs and short task descriptions are limited to 200 characters. Numbers use nonnegative ordinary decimal notation with at most 9 fractional places, magnitude at most 999,999,999; no scientific notation. Whole-count limits can be stricter. Results above 1 quadrillion or nonzero below 0.000000000001 are refused.
  • Independent deterministic ToolJovia workflow. It does not call an AI model, contact a vendor, fetch sources, send messages, save input or execute code. Editable outputs and downloads contain your data; review before sharing. A prepared plan does not verify customers, revenue or a vendor’s internal workflow.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Are service questions automatically required by the schema?

No. Their required flags are review instructions in the separate handoff. The schema only enforces the generic fields you explicitly mark required.

Does it create a public form or send leads to an inbox?

No. It creates local data and a human routing plan. Implementation and customer-data handling need a separate authorized system.
