How to use Paired Method Agreement Workbench

Keep exact pair means and B minus A differences, calculate exact bias and sample variance, then apply your entered SD multiplier without labeling it a confidence interval.

  1. Use the example as the schema; replace its labels and entered model assumptions.
  2. Keep exact pair means and B minus A differences, calculate exact bias and sample variance, then apply your entered SD multiplier without labeling it a confidence interval.
  3. Calculate, inspect the complete witnesses and limitations, then copy or download the JSON report.

Good to know

  • 2–300 pairs of signed decimal-string readings, each within ±1 billion in one common unit. Raw or signed mean-relative percentage differences; percentage mode refuses zero pair means. Multiplier is a nonnegative decimal string from 0 through 10.
  • Sample SD and displayed spread limits are binary64 approximations. The tool does not establish normality, independent subjects, acceptable error or interchangeability, and does not provide clinical interpretation, regression calibration, repeated-measure adjustment or confidence intervals.
  • Local calculation with no upload, input persistence or outside lookup. Model JSON is limited to 30,000 characters and 10,000 values. Decimal quantities are strings with up to six places; count fields use plain JSON integers. Exact fractions are capped at 8,192 bits. The complete JSON output is limited to 1,000,000 characters; approximate numbers preserve their stored values. Unsupported states fail explicitly.

Common questions

Does strong correlation prove that two methods agree?

No. Correlation can be high despite a systematic offset or magnitude-dependent difference. These coordinates expose signed pair differences; acceptability still requires a separately justified context-specific criterion and an appropriate sampling design.

Are my model inputs saved or sent to a server?

No. This model runs in the current browser tab and creates a local JSON download. It does not save your input or call an external data service.
