How to use Meeting Minutes Draft Builder
Keep a meeting’s supplied decisions and follow-up assignments together in one reviewable document. Explicit participant IDs prevent identical names from collapsing, and each action retains its agenda-item context, owner and optional due date. The report highlights unresolved assignments and date/presence context without inventing attendance, transcribing speech or treating a generated draft as an approved record.
- Author exact participant IDs, reported presence, meeting date and explicit chair/recorder IDs or null.
- Add one to twenty item records, supplied decisions and globally distinct-ID actions with an owner ID or null and a due date or null.
- Review the role/action flags and download the original draft; verify the document and any actual approval process separately.
Good to know
- At most 100,000 JSON characters, 50 participants, 20 items, 100 total decisions and 100 total actions. Title at most 200 characters, location 300, party names 120, record/notes 2,000 each and decision/action text 500. Unknown keys and duplicate JSON members are refused.
- Participant/item/action IDs are nonblank single-line exact strings of at most 40 characters. Participants and items each have distinct IDs; action IDs are distinct across the whole meeting. Chair, recorder and action owner are explicit participant IDs or null; unknown references fail atomically. Identical visible names remain separate participants.
- Presence must be present, absent or unknown, and is only author-reported. Null owners/roles and null due dates are retained. Non-present role/owner references and due dates before the meeting date are review flags, not silently changed or treated as proof of procedural invalidity.
- Meeting and supplied due dates require valid YYYY-MM-DD in proleptic Gregorian years 0001–9999. No implicit current clock, timezone, recurrence, notifications, quorum calculation, vote interpretation, transcript summarization, actual attendance verification or sending occurs.
- The original A4/Letter portrait draft escapes all source text, preserves full action/decision content and repeats follow-up table headings. No raw HTML, scripts or external resources are executed. Actual print fit and organizational/legal procedures require separate review; this does not claim approved minutes, RONR compliance or that a meeting took place.
- Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.
Common questions
Why can an action assigned to an absent participant remain in the draft?
The author may have deliberately recorded that assignment. The tool preserves the supplied owner and flags that the person was not reported present. It cannot infer consent or replace a real follow-up decision.
Is this input sent to a server?
No. The application processes this input inside your browser tab and does not save it to persistent storage.
