How to use Actor Earnings and Payout Ledger
Marketplace usage, an approved statement and a bank receipt are different records. Reconcile them explicitly before calling a displayed earnings amount cash received or profit.
- Copy actual statement components and approval status in one currency, leaving unknown amounts blank.
- Enter separate actual received settlement references, amounts and explicit-offset timestamps.
- Investigate unknown rows, unmatched settlements and balance differences using platform and bank records; account for other costs and taxes separately.
Good to know
- Known net = gross − refund − commission − platform cost + adjustment. Negative balances and over-receipts remain visible. Approved and pending balances are not automatically payable cash.
- Ordinary decimals up to 9 fractional places use rational arithmetic. No FX, revenue recognition, payout eligibility, withholding, tax, personal take-home or accounting net profit is established. Unknown lines are excluded from known subtotals.
- Each input field is limited to 8,000 UTF-16 characters. CSV needs the exact displayed header and at most 100 data rows. Quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted newlines are supported. Duplicate identities are refused unless the tool explicitly reports them as findings.
- Markdown and CSV are editable review artifacts, not certificates. Spreadsheet-like text is apostrophe-prefixed in CSV to reduce formula execution risk; check the actual importer before sharing. Decimal ratios are rounded to at most 12 places.
- Runs only on the records you enter, locally in your browser. No AI call, provider connection, account inspection, upload, automatic outreach or saved input. Use neutral identifiers rather than personal or secret content.
Research behind this workbench
These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.
Common questions
Is the known net subtotal my profit?
No. It is entered statement arithmetic excluding unknown and void lines. It omits unentered operating costs, taxes, obligations and accounting judgments.
Why keep pending amounts separate from received settlements?
A pending statement is not a cash receipt. Unique settlement references preserve that distinction and allow partial payments without inventing a transfer.
