How to use Keyed JSON Record Reconciler
Reconcile a local collection through declared string-valued key fields. The operation refuses ambiguous keys and conflicting delete/upsert instructions, retains existing record positions, and appends only genuinely new keys in incoming order.
- Enter input, incoming record array json, string key-field names json, exact key tuples to delete json.
- Choose the settings for keyed json record reconciler, then run the tool.
- Review the result and any limitations before copying or downloading it.
Good to know
- 100,000 characters per source array,5000 records per side/output,1–10 string key fields and 5000 deletion tuples.
- Whole-record replacement only. Missing fields are not merged from the old record. JSON numbers use JavaScript parsed-number semantics; use strings for exact identifiers and large integers. No original object is mutated.
- Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.
Common questions
Does replace-record preserve old fields missing from the incoming record?
No. It replaces the entire matching record. Use an object merge-patch tool when you need different field-level semantics.
Is this input sent to a server?
No. The application processes this input inside your browser tab and does not save it to persistent storage.
