How to use Invoice Aging Snapshot

Subtract each paid amount, compute calendar days from the declared basis and place the open amount in its displayed half-open age interval. Reconcile totals across every invoice, customer and bucket.

  1. Use the example as the schema; replace its labels and entered model assumptions.
  2. Subtract each paid amount, compute calendar days from the declared basis and place the open amount in its displayed half-open age interval. Reconcile totals across every invoice, customer and bucket.
  3. Calculate, inspect the complete witnesses and limitations, then copy or download the JSON report.

Good to know

  • 1–200 invoices, 1–20 increasing positive day boundaries, Gregorian dates from 1900 through 9999, and whole-cent amounts from 0 through 1,000,000,000. JSON text still has the common 30,000-character cap.
  • An invoice issued after the snapshot is refused. Future due dates form a separate bucket. Supplied payments must already describe the snapshot; no historical reconstruction, legal overdue status, collections, late fees or credit recommendation.
  • Local calculation with no upload, input persistence or outside lookup. Model JSON is limited to 30,000 characters and 10,000 values. Decimal quantities are strings with up to six places; count fields use plain JSON integers. Exact fractions are capped at 8,192 bits. The complete JSON output is limited to 1,000,000 characters; approximate numbers preserve their stored values. Unsupported states fail explicitly.

Common questions

Are the default-looking buckets an accounting rule?

No. The example is just an entered boundary list. The report displays the exact intervals you supplied and makes no jurisdiction or reporting-policy claim.

Are my model inputs saved or sent to a server?

No. This model runs in the current browser tab and creates a local JSON download. It does not save your input or call an external data service.
