How to use Extract Emails
Collect email-like strings from text you are allowed to process. The extractor reports candidates only and does not contact a mail service or verify recipients.
- Paste text you are authorized to inspect.
- Choose whether exact repeats should be removed.
- Extract and review the candidate addresses before using them.
Good to know
- Supports common ASCII dot-atom addresses with dotted domains, not quoted local parts, internationalized mailbox names, or the full email standards.
- A detected address may be invalid, inactive, or not yours to contact. No delivery check or consent assessment is performed.
- Deduplication is exact and case-sensitive. No-match output is empty.
Common questions
Does this verify or send email?
No. It only extracts text locally and never sends messages or checks mail servers.
Why was an unusual address missed?
This deliberately bounded heuristic targets common address syntax rather than every valid email form.
