How to use Whole-share Issuance and Dilution Scenario

Add each declared issuance to the matching holder, rebuild the denominator and report exact ownership fractions. Old-share dilution is separated from shares newly acquired by the same holder.

  1. Use the example as the schema; replace its labels and entered model assumptions.
  2. Add each declared issuance to the matching holder, rebuild the denominator and report exact ownership fractions. Old-share dilution is separated from shares newly acquired by the same holder.
  3. Calculate, inspect the complete witnesses and limitations, then copy or download the JSON report.

Good to know

  • At most 50 holders after issuance and 50 distinct issuance rows. Shares and reserve are plain whole JSON integers from 0 through 1,000,000,000,000; the starting outstanding total must be positive.
  • Simplified primary issuance only. An entered unissued reserve is kept separate from outstanding shares. No legal fully-diluted definition, classes, valuation, convertibles, warrants, tax or investment advice.
  • Local calculation with no upload, input persistence or outside lookup. Model JSON is limited to 30,000 characters and 10,000 values. Decimal quantities are strings with up to six places; count fields use plain JSON integers. Exact fractions are capped at 8,192 bits. The complete JSON output is limited to 1,000,000 characters; approximate numbers preserve their stored values. Unsupported states fail explicitly.

Common questions

Why can an existing holder acquire shares and still show dilution of old shares?

Their original block represents a smaller part of the larger denominator even when a new purchase raises their combined holding. The report shows those two effects separately.

Are my model inputs saved or sent to a server?

No. This model runs in the current browser tab and creates a local JSON download. It does not save your input or call an external data service.
