How to use Virtual Staging Brief Builder

A staging delivery starts with the original room and the changes a client has actually authorized. Keep that scope, source manifest and disclosure requirement together before anyone makes variants.

  1. List original room files, fixed features and actual requested variants.
  2. Record permission status and the exact disclosure the client requires.
  3. Resolve HOLD items and compare every later variant with the source before approval.

Good to know

  • No image is created or inspected. A stated authorization is not verified and a brief does not establish legal or listing-platform compliance.
  • Variant totals describe requested work, not completed files. Missing source references and preservation instructions remain visible.
  • Use the exact displayed CSV header. Quoted commas, doubled quotes and quoted line endings are supported; malformed quoting or uneven rows are refused. CSV exports prefix text cells resembling spreadsheet formulas with an apostrophe.
  • Local deterministic processing: no AI model calls, uploads, account connections, messages or saved input. Review any downloaded artifact before sharing.

Research behind this workbench

These cases explain the business mechanism. The workbench is ToolJovia's independent adaptation, not a claim about the company's internal workflow or an endorsement.

Common questions

Does reported-confirmed certify image rights?

No. It records your statement. Keep actual permission evidence and obtain the necessary approvals independently.

Will this remove structural features?

No image editing occurs. The brief explicitly carries the features that a human reviewer must preserve.
