How to use Scheduled Check-in Streak Workbench
Choose a declared closed date range, scheduled ISO weekdays and any excused dates. Enter actual completed dates. Build consecutive due-occurrence runs, resetting at missed due dates while leaving weekends and other non-due dates outside the count.
- Use the example as the schema; replace its labels and entered model assumptions.
- Choose a declared closed date range, scheduled ISO weekdays and any excused dates. Enter actual completed dates. Build consecutive due-occurrence runs, resetting at missed due dates while leaving weekends and other non-due dates outside the count.
- Calculate, inspect the complete witnesses and limitations, then copy or download the JSON report.
Good to know
- Inclusive range of 1–3,660 Gregorian dates, 1–7 distinct ISO weekdays, at most 500 distinct excused dates and 1,000 check-in entries. Duplicate same-date check-ins count once and are reported; all supplied dates must be inside the range.
- Every date through the end is treated as closed, without today's grace or live clock. No accounts, reminders, rewards, freezes, repair, performance/health advice or external learning-platform compatibility.
- Local calculation with no upload, input persistence or outside lookup. Model JSON is limited to 30,000 characters and 10,000 values. Decimal quantities are strings with up to six places; count fields use plain JSON integers. Exact fractions are capped at 8,192 bits. The complete JSON output is limited to 1,000,000 characters; approximate numbers preserve their stored values. Unsupported states fail explicitly.
Common questions
Do weekends increase a scheduled-day streak?
Only a completed due occurrence increases it. Non-due and excused dates neither add nor break the run. If the last due occurrence was missed, the trailing count is zero even when there is later activity on a non-due date. This is an explicit closed-date schedule policy.
Are my model inputs saved or sent to a server?
No. This model runs in the current browser tab and creates a local JSON download. It does not save your input or call an external data service.
