FREE PHOTO REPORT WORKSPACE
Photo Issue Report Builder
Turn photos into a clear issue handoff. Record what needs attention, name an assignee and save a PDF plus a matching CSV. Your draft and photos stay in this browser tab.
1. Name your report
2. Review issues in report order
Each card becomes a PDF section. The same stable issue ID appears in the CSV. Reorder cards without changing their IDs.
3. Save the handoff
No issues yet.
JSON can save an unfinished draft, including an empty project name or description. PDF and CSV require a project name and descriptions for every issue. IDs must be present and unique.
CSV and JSON preserve UTF-8 text. PDF uses a limited Latin font: unsupported characters stop PDF export with a clear error; nothing is stripped. In PDF only, CRLF / CR become line breaks and each tab displays as four spaces. Formula-like spreadsheet cells receive a leading apostrophe for safety. JSON keeps the original text.
Photo input: JPEG or PNG, at most 4 MiB and 12 megapixels. The report copy is flattened on white, resized to at most 1600 px on its longest side and encoded as JPEG, at most 3 MiB per photo. JSON backups contain those report copies, not original images; the entire backup must fit within 32 MiB.
Loading the local workspace. Controls become available when it is ready.
Review before sharing
This is a record of what you enter. Open, In progress and Resolved are your stated statuses; they do not dispatch work, verify a repair or establish client approval. This tool does not certify site safety, regulatory compliance or photo authenticity. The synthetic example contains made-up training issues and diagrams, not a real inspection or customer project.
Keep original photos and a JSON backup in your own authorized storage. Restoring a backup, loading the example or clearing the workspace can replace the current draft; review the confirmation and back up anything you want to keep first. There is no cloud history, signing or automatic recovery.
For a simple image-only document, use Images to PDF. For a tiled image summary, use Image Contact Sheet.
