How to use Page Metadata Inventory Review

Review metadata across many actual page records while keeping source provenance and comparison rules visible. Duplicate strings and blank fields become reviewable groups, and grapheme budgets stay separate from unsupported search-engine length or ranking guarantees.

  1. Enter input, url column, title column, description column, main heading string column, author title grapheme budget, author description grapheme budget.
  2. Choose the settings for page metadata inventory review, then run the tool.
  3. Review the result and any limitations before copying or downloading it.

Good to know

  • 2,000 unique serialized HTTP(S) page URLs and 200,000 CSV characters (50,000 per cell, 100 columns). Actual grapheme counts, author title budget 1–500 and description budget 1–1,000. Exact or explicit ASCII case/whitespace comparison, without Unicode normalization.
  • Only supplied strings are reviewed; no crawl, DOM headings, indexability, complete-site coverage, live snippet or ranking assessment. Character budgets are author preferences, not Google truncation limits or guaranteed display widths.
  • Processing is local. Output is limited to 1,000,000 text characters unless a stricter file limit is stated.

Common questions

Are 60 and 160 search-engine limits?

No. They are editable review budgets in this example. Google does not prescribe a universal title or description character limit and can generate or truncate displayed text according to context and device width.

Is this input sent to a server?

No. The application processes this input inside your browser tab and does not save it to persistent storage.
