- Monday–Friday only; no automatic national holiday or legal-deadline rules. Maximum interval 36,600 calendar days and 366 entered holiday dates. The earlier endpoint is excluded.
- Calendar dates are processed locally in UTC with Gregorian leap-year rules. No user input or calculated dates are saved by the tool.
