A few things to know.
Can I use a photo that isn't from childhood?
Of course. A grown-up portrait, someone you love, or another favourite image can become your companion. Childhood photos are an invitation, not a requirement.
Does my photo leave my computer?
The maker styles your image in your browser. The photo and messages are not uploaded by this preview. Your saved companion file contains the styled character and messages; share that file only when you want to.
Will it run after I close the website?
Yes, while the separate Windows desktop app is running. The website alone is a maker and preview. You choose when to launch, pause and quit the companion.
Whose voice will I hear?
An available voice installed on your computer. Little Star does not clone the person in the photo. You write the ten messages and can keep sound off.
